“Juan was very helpful I explained that I was having issues with septic backing up. He assessed the basement to see how many lines head out to the septic. Then he explained how the system works and what the use of a baffle is for. Also recommended we use a 1 ply toilet paper to avoid any clogging issues. He pumped the tank and then added me to the list every three years for service. Great customer service highly recommend.“

“Bergen Backyard LLC was one of many contractors I invited to provide estimates for replacing my 34 year-old, 34'x16' wolmanized wood deck with a new composite deck.Kevin responded quickly with an estimate and revised estimates as I explored design alternatives until a final design was reached. He provided color samples of Wolf Decking (which I had never heard of) and explained the pros/cons of the various decking products on the market. We selected the Wolf products and the two tone design looks absolutely beautiful using the Camo hidden deck fastener system since not a single screw is visible on the surface.From the day I first met Kevin until the end of the project, he and his team were punctual, courteous, and truly professional craftsmen that take great pride in their work and ensuring customer satisfaction with the final product.At the end of each day they spent time cleaning up and left the job site neat. Kevin kept us well informed of his progress and what was to be completed by when. He had estimated two weeks start-to-finish, and even with a few early January weather delays, the entire project was completed in 11 days. He handled the entire project obtaining required permits, just-in-time delivery of materials, scheduled and passed all the required inspections without any issues.
