If you're thinking about taekwondo for your child, do it here. Master Joe is excellent with kids of all types; he helped bring out my quiet child's voice, and helped my bold child learn focus. They are both showing a greater understanding of the martial arts values like humility and perseverance, at home too. The lessons they learn here (physical and emotional) have literally helped me parent them through some kid-sized life difficulties! It’s clear Master Joe truly cares about each student. He is even a thoughtful teacher to the older kids / student teachers he is developing along the way.

Master Joe is the best instructor and is amazing with kids. He motivates and inspires the kids to give and be their best. My son improved his focus, confidence and strength. We have been going here for more than year and I can say Master Joe pays close attention to each and every student. Overall, I highly recommend them for Taekwondo classes.

Both of my boys have been going to the class since age 4. They are now 7 and 5, so we've been here for about 3 1/2 years, and it is no doubt one of the best choices I have made for my boys.My older one now 7 was like the quietest kid in class, after couple years, he is now speaking up and showing great confidence in class. Even if the class looks packed at times, it's amazing how Master Joe has his eyes on every single child and communicates with each one. Also his helpers, known as Susa's are older kids but they are amazing too. Very well disciplined and trained by Master Joe.I would highly recommend to have a look or even sign up for a trial class.
