“Just wanted to officially thank the crew from Downes that was working in Plainfield after the recent surprise storm. The crew was dispatched via PSEG and showed up in the middle of the night to remove the tree that fell on our house. The job was taken care of professionally and extremely quickly considering that it was the middle of the night and they were only working with truck lights. The team of three communicated so well together and they demonstrated how well they know each other. I am very appreciative, and I would highly recommend that team. “We had an excellent experience using their services approx 4 weeks ago for the removal of two slim trees and for cutting back a massive Norwegian Maple in our backyard.Communication with Rich (owner) was very good from our initial inquiry through the completion of the services - very responsive in a timely fashion and very informative. They showed up on time, their equipment is top notch and left my place spotless. These guys know what they are doing and are also very nice. Today they took as much care with a much smaller job on my Magnolia tree that had grown way to big. They thinned it, topped it off, and shaped it. It looks beautiful. I'm very happy.
