She took the time to thoroughly explain the entire procedure and even demonstrated the use of sterilized equipment. What impressed me most was her dedication to her clients—Kasia turns off her phone and focuses entirely on the task at hand, ensuring there are no distractions. Remarkably, she was able to completely conceal a long vertical scar in my right eyebrow, something I never thought possible. Now, I can’t even spot the scar! I am absolutely thrilled with the results and will definitely return for my next procedure.“
