I would like to start off by saying, I really did love the end result of how my hair turned out, However, it was not worth the price especially since my scalp got burned. I was charged $90 for a hair wash, rollers and blow out, other Dominican salons I’ve been to never charge over $60 for that service but since I was out of town, I decided to come here. I got burned while under the hair dryer for the rollers, the hair dresser used metal clips to hold the rollers and when metal is under heat, it will get hot. I do understand she tried her best, however I do feel it was negligent as I could’ve lost hair and now have a burn on the top of my scalp that is very painful. (The picture was right after I left the salon, it has gotten worse) The hairdresser herself is a very nice lady and very kind, however I was not satisfied with the price and the negligence. I do think she did a great job aside from that, but I will not be coming back, I wish her the best of luck.

💆♀️ Service: Ms. Lidia is fantastic! She takes pride in her work. She explained her plan and what was needed to address my hair concerns. When I arrived, she made both my daughter and I feel at home!

Let me start by saying this salon is AMAZING my hair was matted. SEVERELY matted, almost DREADED whichever is worse! It took two people just to get a brush through it! These women were so understanding and non judgmental and the results were AMAZING with just a little patience and time these women got me results that I didn’t believe were possible, with minimal cutting(literally like less than an inch) I left the salon looking like a completely different person. I will go back over and over and if you were looking for a review to convince you to go here THIS IS THE ONE I thought I was going to lose all my hair and these amazing ladies saved it all I could have cried.

Booked a appointment today on Booksy at 1:30PM, its 1:59pm and the salon is closed. The business did confirm my appointment SMH, I drove 20min to get here... I will be requesting a refund from Booksy and will never return of course.

I needed to get my hair done after work, as I have funeral tomorrow. I had the opportunity to meet Ms.Lydia and she washed, trimmed, and styled my hair. I had a funeral to attend and no other salon was available after 5pm she was accommodating and my hair looks amazing! Thank you Ms. Lydia for styling my hair making me feel great as this is a difficult time for me! Kisha

I see some unfair reviews up here I've been coming to this salon for 5 years now ,and she's done wonders to my hair.
I'm natural and I braid my own hair
You have to train your hair. She has helped build a routine from wearing braids for the summer and the other months , silk press You have to put light oil in your scalp with a silk scarf to keep your straightness and shine When you shower, you have to protect the style with a silk scarf and shower cap. My hair has been growing like a weed and is healthy as ever. You must learn how to maintain your hair in every situation, especially when you're natural.
