Joe Pellicore and sons did two jobs for me in Hainesport in Fall 2023: a large pad for a spa and a smaller one. Both were done very well, on time and budget, and they went out of their way to make sure that every detail, including the color and the final grading, were just what we wanted. You won't go wrong with the two Joe's.

I had my basement remodeled by Sweeney Construction last year. The basement turned out really well. Recently I had a problem with our boiler and called Tim Sweeney for the name of the boiler company, so I could contact them for service. Tim not only provided the information promptly but he also emailed the company, copying me, asking them to respond quickly to me. Harker Heating and Cooling called quickly, had a service tech arrive promptly, and resolved the problem quickly. I really appreciate Tim's willingness to help me out even after the project had been completed.

I have been using Striven now for over two years to manage rental properties. I only scratch the surface of the many features this system can accomplish. It has a CRM plus accounting, inventory, project management, hr, reporting & analytics plus more. I was able to eliminate the need for having multiple systems and run everything off of one.
