Great experience with Done Rite. They were professional and honest. Showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done right (get it). Fair pricing and no surprises. Would definitely recommend. I spoke to probably 8 different companies and got quotes and I feel like Bryan was not only the most fair but also had my best interest in mind and explained everything thoroughly.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Bryan and his assistant were truly gems while helping fix a mess caused by Horizon and my old unit. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and just really great to work with throughout the whole process.
What stood out the most was how much they genuinely cared. In the middle of winter when my heat went out, Bryan came out and turned it back on for my daughter free of charge. That meant so much to my family and is something I will never forget.
