    I have been a 20+ years owner of several Blanco sinks and faucets. I just received my second replacement cartridge for a faucet, delivered for free as a token of goodwill & customer service. I'm impressed and pleased with this outcome - as does my now happier wife. Thanks, Blanco, for reciprocating our customer loyalty.

    This has been the most wonderful surprise I've ever experienced in working with any company! I contacted Blanco to report a crack in a sink that is 19 years old. With a few simple photos and online forms, the cracked sink was replace free of charge. When that sink did not fit, I contacted the company again. We discovered that, because of the year my original sink was manufactured, they no longer make that model in a size that would fit the design of my granite countertops. In an effort to help, they offered a different model that will fit the existing space. It happens to be much more expensive than the one I am replacing, yet they are still not charging me a cent!... read full review

    In 2012, we purchased a Blanco kitchen faucet, the Blanco Purus I. In 2021, we needed a new cartridge for it, and Blanco replaced it free per warranty. When I installed it, I dinged up the lock nut, and decided to just live with it. The faucet began intermittently leaking a couple months ago, so I emailed their Technical Service team to see what might need to be replaced. I was expecting to pay for the parts, but the team recommended 4 O-rings and sent them with no charge per the warranty. I asked several questions about how to install the O-rings, and the team patiently answered all of them.
