I absolutely love the kitchen faucets that I have from blanko! What makes it even better is that 8 years after purchasing it when I had a cosmetic issue with the sprayer and a small leak they replaced everything for free and it was a no-hassle process. They really do care for the customer and stand by their products! I highly recommend them!
I have been a 20+ years owner of several Blanco sinks and faucets. I just received my second replacement cartridge for a faucet, delivered for free as a token of goodwill & customer service. This has been the most wonderful surprise I've ever experienced in working with any company! I contacted Blanco to report a crack in a sink that is 19 years old. With a few simple photos and online forms, the cracked sink was replace free of charge. When that sink did not fit, I contacted the company again. We discovered that, because of the year my original sink was manufactured, they no longer make that model in a size that would fit the design of my granite countertops. In an effort to help, they offered a different model that will fit the existing space. It happens to be much more expensive than the one I am replacing, yet they are still not charging me a cent!
