We've owned a Blanco Purus faucet in our aging kitchen for some time. I believe this is the 2nd time I've contacted them for replacement parts which, as original purchaser and homeowner, they've graciously provided complimentary. Cartridge is changed and no more annoying leak, thank you Blanco!!
BLANCO America's Lifetime Warranty Support is excellent. Their technical support advisor (Candace) was very responsive and took care of everything regarding our 20+ year old kitchen faucet. I’ve never dealt with a company that cares so much about their customers. They replaced a faucet that was over 22 years old because they didn’t have replacement parts anymore and said it was guaranteed for life . they sent me a new faucet which I wasn’t happy with as the spout was way too short and they are now replacing that. This has been done very quickly and efficiently and I wish every other company cared as much as they did. I would recommend Blanco to everyone!!!
