Hello, I was pretty worried/freaked out this morning when I opened my laptop, heard an alarm sound, and had a bunch of security pop-ups present. I called Miles and was connected with Brendan P. Brendan connected to my laptop, performed his magic, and resolved the issue within less than a half hour of when I placed my call. He also took the time to provide really great customer service by keeping me at ease when I thought I made a mistake of some sort. He explained that this was a Scareware technique hackers use and that I did the right thing by not clicking on anything and calling.
