I first stopped in as a walk‑in to just ask a few questions and get a feel for the salon. The space is beautifully appointed and has a warm, welcoming vibe. Madison greeted me immediately with genuine interest and kindness. She took the time to talk through what I was looking for, ask about my hair history, answer all of my questions, and help me schedule an appointment that worked with my availability. From the very beginning, she was flexible, accommodating, and incredibly professional.

At my appointment, Madison again walked me through every step of we'd be doing that day. She set clear, realistic expectations and made sure I understood the pricing upfront. One thing I really appreciate about this salon is their hourly rate model -- no cash tipping, no inconvenient ATM runs -- everything is included, and it makes the whole experience feel transparent and stress‑free.

By the end of the appointment, my cut and blowout looked fantastic, but I wasn't completely in love with my balayage color. It looked better in photos than on me. I decided to go home, get some feedback, and sleep on it. The next day, still feeling uncomfortable with the color, I connected with Madison who responded with kindness, empathy, and zero defensiveness. She provided me with options to address the color and scheduled a color-correction appointment for the following day.

Madison went above and beyond to make sure when I left from my second appointment that I truly loved my color and my hair. Her commitment to her clients is unmatched.

“Love coming here. The salon itself is super cute. Ask for Katie, she’s awesome! You can walk in and tell her, hey give me some wild colors, and she will absolutely blow it out of the water. After chatting about books during a regular trim appointment, we decided to do a full color based off of a dungeon crawler carl book cover, and she absolutely nailed it. I had 0 vision and just let her go to town. 10/10 would recommend. She’s also super welcoming and makes being in her chair a nice relaxing space.“
