I have been coming to John & Rose for about 8 years after a bad experience @ another salon. They are always professional & kind. All the staff ( mostly family) know you by name & are all willing to go out of their way to help. I moved out of state & still traveled up to have my nails cared for by them. Clean, professional , & caring family salon.

Manicurist was rough, hurt me several times, could have been because she was talking on her phone while doing my nails. People spend alot so I don't understand why a manicurist would think it's ok to talk to several people while she is supposed to be providing a nice experience...my nails looked good....but I left aggravated. Will be crossing them off the list , too many other options with better service
