the teachers are amazing at all powerflow studios including this one. beautiful space. however if you want to do yoga with the most unfriendly nasty group of housewives women, come to this studio in particular. again amazing teachers though.
Life changing yoga studio. They treat the body, mind, and spirit. Best exercise I have ever had and truly life altering. Hopefully they can get a bigger gym as everyone is noticing ;).
I’ve been going to Powerflow for years. I’ve been to Clifton and Bloomfield and taken numerous classes with different instructors. I took my first class in Livingston recently with teacher Heather. The Livingston studio is very cozy and welcoming. I had a great experience and left class with my mind and body feeling relaxed and rejuvenated all at once. I would definitely return to Livingston for Heather’s classes
