    You would think you would be greeted with more kindness and compassion when reaching out to a behavioral health center, unfortunately that was not the case. The receptionist has a nasty attitude and zero compassion. If you can’t speak to someone with human decency do not take a job where people are reaching out in their most vulnerable moments. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used as an opportunity to improve, as this did not feel like an isolated issue. At this time, I will be seeking care elsewhere.

    Based on our experience, I would encourage others to avoid these providers at all costs. This service seems totally disconnected from the rest of Summit Health. My experience with other parts of Summit Health has been generally good but the behavioral health division is a total disgrace. The experience was unprofessional at best! First of all, the therapist Jessica Glastein canceled on us with very short notice TWICE. After requesting a new therapist, we inadvertently missed the appointment - our fault for sure although for telehealth visits the usual practice from other providers at Summit Health is to send a reminder on the day of the scheduled appointment with the...read full review

    Please avoid at all costs. Treatment under this group spiraled me into a much worse mental state than I began with. I’m left with permanent distrust in doctors and severe reluctance to ever seek help again. Thousands of dollars down the drain
