Thank you Jodi and Santiago for making a trying time less stressful than it had to be. She facilitated the necessary paperwork, asked the questions we did not think of and made the connections needed on our behalf. Their place was clean, spacious and private since they held one wake at a time. They helped setup for refreshments and everything. Everybody complimented Mom’s preparation and were absolutely amazed that she just seemed so natural and “just asleep”. Even at church she smoothly coached our ushers in and out of place. Their compassion and professionalism is top notch. Thank you again for the care.
We are so incredibly grateful to Gaita Memorial Home for the kindness, patience, and support they provided during such a difficult time for our family. Santiago and Jodi were truly amazing, walking us through every step with professionalism and genuine compassion. They were always patient and understanding, which is exactly what we needed as we said goodbye to our beloved Papa.
