Clarke Eng installed my house AC in the 1990's, worked to get a few more years out of the compressor in the late 2010's with a new capacitor starter, and then did a complete redo about four years ago. As an engineer myself, I found the work excellent, very professional, and the company easy to do business with. They even fixed without charge an electrical issue left by roofers that was not part of their job. That's customer care!
The technician John who came to repair my heater was polite and professional he had a smile on his face the entire time and took the extra effort to make sure i was aware of the damage done to the heater from a leak of a poor job done prior and what exactly he would be doing to repair it, after completion of the job he was kind enough to go over all the new parts and make sure i understood what was replaced and how the heat would be working better going forward (which it was within an hr of him leaving my whole home was toasty again !) the only issue was it did take them a little bit to get back to me to schedule the job but they did provide a tech the very next day so… read full review
Clarke Engineering is the best air conditioning service out there. They fixed my air conditioning in 2 hours, although it felt like minutes considering how quick and dedicated they are. They are also extremely kind, understanding, and patient every step of the way. They never charge you until the job is done, and the bill is NEVER overpriced nor dishonest to the work they do. I recommend Clarke Engineering to ANYONE in any part of New Jersey. 10/10 5 stars
