Every time I’ve gone to him, I’ve experienced immediate relief. Additionally he will recommend other stretching to do at home. “I suffered from acute ankle pain for over a year. Rest and muscle relaxation medication had little effect. I used their services for several months and I have full use of my ankle again. I am back to a high level of activity including trail racing, mountain biking, golf, etc. They not only helped me reestablish full ankle use but build up the related joints in the knee and hip so that injury would not reoccur. They were extremely supportive and effective in taking me through the progression of increasingly challenging exercises that rebuilt my achillies tendon and related muscles and joints. I highly recommend them as a result of their positive attitude, effective progression of exercises, and professionalism that encouraged me to stay the course and put in the work needed to really FIX my issues. I'm over 65 and doing a biathlon in about a week. Don't listen to people tell you that your just older and need to put up with the pain and slow down.
