Craig is the kind of inspector who tells you the full truth about a property, even when it’s not what someone wants to hear. He literally climbs onto rooftops to check for leaks. Craig did our home inspection this Friday while now we are purchasing a new home. He spent really good amount of time into each detail and had the report ready right away in the second day as we have a hard deadline. He is very reliable!! The report quality is high. Highly recommend his service!!

Craig did home inspection when we were buying our first home. He did a great job checking every detail of the home, and explaining to us everything not only the current conditions but also how we should maintain the home.
