“After having some challenges with other salons, I gave Indigo Collective a try. Started off great with a wonderful consultation with Carter, who listened to me and then offered some great suggestions with confidence and enthusiasm. When I returned for my actual appointment, I confessed I was nervous and Carter put me to ease immediately. And she knocked it out of the park. I left the salon a few hours ago and have already received a number of compliments! To top it off, Liz was just wonderful and made the environment feel so warm and welcoming. If I could give them 6 stars I would! I’m looking forward to returning.“

“I have lived in Jersey for 10 years now and have struggled to find someone who actually cared about giving me the haircut and color I wanted. When I booked my appointment with Katie it was out of desperation after another failed cut and color a year prior. I brought him some pictures but had little hope it would help. Katie spent a good 20 mins talking everything over with me. She really wanted to make sure she understood what I liked about each photo and what I didnt. Other hairdressers I found listen for 5 mins and then make up their mind and you just have to hope they heard you. It was so refreshing to have someone repeating back to me what they thought I wanted and making adjustments as necessary. I cut off a lot of hair and was pleased when Katie told me it could be donated. My hair looks amazing, she did a great job of giving me highlights that look lived in and making sure when I pull my hair up you can't see the streaks.(this has always bothered me in the past) I'm actually excited to go back because I was treated as an individual and I truly believed she wants everyone to love their hair and be happy. She used an ashier Robert but assured me if I don't live it after a week she will retone it for me. How is that for customer service. I'm super happy but it's a great feeling to have finally found a hairstylist I love.“

Shannon was organized, hygenic, efficient, and a pleasure to talk to. She communicated in a timely manner when she was at more sensitive areas and needed me to breath in/out. It was a relatively pain free experience.
