I really like this place and would not ruin the 5 star ratings at all for one experience, but there is one thing I'd like to share. My hair is thin and brittle. I have a hundred fly-aways that are very noticeable. I recently had highlights done and the stylist took the comb and teased my hair at the root as part of the highlight effect, all over basically. I now have more broken hair to deal with to try to mat down with some greasy product. I wish I stopped it while it was happening. :/
With all the noticeable broken hair near the scalp, I think applying the product with your hands is a better way.
Loved service here! Liz has been fabulous with my own hair, so I decided to bring my whole family to her for our haircuts!! She's fabulous and accommodates each of us. Highly recommend!!
After having some challenges with other salons, I gave Indigo Collective a try. Started off great with a wonderful consultation with Carter, who listened to me and then offered some great suggestions with confidence and enthusiasm. When I returned for my actual appointment, I confessed I was nervous and Carter put me to ease immediately. And she knocked it out of the park. I left the salon a few hours ago and have already received a number of compliments! To top it off, Liz was just wonderful and made the environment feel so warm and welcoming. If I could give them 6 stars I would! I’m looking forward to returning.
