Demarus was incredibly professional and makes me feel at ease throughout the entire experience- regardless of what I’m getting waxed! She has become my preferred Waxer. Highly recommend her for a comfortable and reliable service.

I have been going to the European Wax center in Chester since they opened. They provide a clean and welcoming atmosphere, and as long as I pre-book I usually don't have any issues with getting the day and time that works best for my schedule.I almost exclusively go to Melanie, who has made me feel comfortable from the first time I went to her. She is friendly, fast, and efficient. She is really good at what she does, and somehow makes waxing less painful.Brittany and Shannon at the front desk are wonderful and friendly.I highly recommend European Wax Center, especially this location, and be sure to ask for Melanie!

This was my first visit to European Wax Center. The staff was friendly and the place immaculate. My wax specialist Gianna was terrific, detail oriented and thorough. I will definitely be returning.Service: Bikini waxing
