I called Green Revolution on a Monday and they said they would be able to come out the next day. They sent me a text on Tuesday and said they couldn't make it and could we change it to Friday. I explained that I needed this electrical work done for our pool to be usable and that I have four of my young children home so the sooner the better. They didnt come on Friday and asked to reschedule to Saturday. Well it's Saturday and I haven't heard from them!! Incredibly unprofessional. I could have called 15 other companies this past week and had this done. Super inconvenient

The individual I spoke with, James, originally said he would be able to install our chandelier on 6/15. 30 minutes before his scheduled arrival time, he said he needed to re-schedule. We re-scheduled for a week later, 6/23. He was scheduled to arrive at 10:00, and did not show up. I texted and called at 11:00. My husband called their main location phone # and left a voicemail. We never received a single update or reply.We had to rearrange our schedule to accommodate them, and they did not even bother to show up. Extremely unprofessional company that does not value their customer's time/business.
