We lost power on a weekend night. Jim was quick to show up and worked quickly to form a plan to solve a complex issue. He thoroughly explained the steps he would take and walked us through the process. He was accessible to answer any question(s) we had during the job and provide information and guidance on what we needed to do on our end. Jim was great in turning what ordinarily would have been a nightmare scenario into a carefully constructed planned repair/installation without any hurdles. He even took time to show and explain things to our young son who wanted to help him with the repairs. For now, our son is talking about how he wants to be an electrician like Jim. Any future electrical issues or projects, Jim will be our first call. If it was possible to give MORE THAN 5 STARS, we would without hesitation.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Called All State late on a Saturday night after calling 2 other emergency electricians with no response, I didn't even leave a message just felt defeated and figured my issue would have to wait until the morning when people were up. Jim called back in minutes had me take some pictures to see if he had the main fuse for my 50+ year old breaker box, he did not have it at his shop but said he would check in the morning at his other shop. First thing Sunday morning he notified he had the fuse and came shortly after that to change it out and get my power back on. He also fixed my loose meter on the outside. I can’t recommend Jim enough! I called late on a Friday with a small job, and he came out right away to troubleshoot and fix the problem. He’s knowledgeable, thorough, and somehow manages to be incredibly entertaining while he works!
I decided to give him a call based on all of the great reviews, and he more than lived up to his stellar reputation.
