“We lost power on a weekend night. Jim was quick to show up and worked quickly to form a plan to solve a complex issue. He thoroughly explained the steps he would take and walked us through the process. He was accessible to answer any question(s) we had during the job and provide information and guidance on what we needed to do on our end. Jim was great in turning what ordinarily would have been a nightmare scenario into a carefully constructed planned repair/installation without any hurdles. He even took time to show and explain things to our young son who wanted to help him with the repairs. For now, our son is talking about how he wants to be an electrician like Jim. Any future electrical issues or projects, Jim will be our first call. If it was possible to give MORE THAN 5 STARS, we would without hesitation.”
