“Tara and her team at Scarponi-Bright Funeral Home were fantastic. From our first interaction with Tara she was warm, compassionate, and the utmost professional. Every interaction with Tara felt like speaking with a friend, as she navigated us through the most challenging time of our lives. Tara was patient as my Mom, sister and I consulted with each other about different choices associated with the service, and was extremely accommodating from our first meeting through the service and beyond. We were also appreciative of her attention to detail, and her coordination of all aspects of my Dad’s service. It was a beautiful service, and her care was clearly evident.
The funeral home itself is peaceful and spacious. There are several rooms to step into beyond the chapel, which allowed us some flexibility as we navigated our grief throughout the viewing. Tara also assembled a tribute video that played throughout the viewing, which I felt was a special aspect of the service. I felt that the video celebrated so many aspects of his life, and noticed nearly everyone from friends and family to coworkers, stopping to watch for a few moments.
Tara and her staff truly did a phenomenal job with my Dad’s service, and we cannot thank her enough for assisting us in this difficult time. We did not have to worry about a thing, and were able to devote those early moments after my Dad’s passing to simply spending time as a family and grieving our loss.
