Chris at the "new" Martin funeral home was a pleasure to work with despite the nature of our business. My grandfather passed away in the fall, and I was hesitant to use Martin Funeral Home again. My experience with them 9 years ago was cold, condescending, sterile and very transactional when my grandmother passed away. Their undertaker was also completely inappropriate when removing the remains of my grandmother from her home, and unapologetic. The new ownership is professional, courteous, caring and kind. Their patience and straight forward approach is so appreciated. I came across our old agreement/receipt with Martin funeral home from 2009 and it was evident that the way that business was conducted back then is no longer the case now.
