I had the Discseel procedure done by Dr. Matthias Wiederholz at Performance Pain and Sports Medicine about 13 months ago. Before that, I was in constant agony—barely able to walk even with a cane, mostly bedbound. My case was severe; he treated 10 discs in one session, including thoracic levels (he’s one of the few who will do thoracic).
The travel was brutal—we rented an SUV so I could lie down in the back, since I couldn’t sit more than an hour. Post-procedure soreness was there, but mostly from the trip.
