Dealt with persistent midpoint achilles heel pain. Tried a variety of strengthening exercises and isometrics and kept getting worse. I gave shockwave therapy a go at the recommendation of my running coach and have been pain free for a few weeks after the final session and am back to running 40 miles a week again
I had a lower back issues for a very long time and had been on and off chiropractic sessions. 3 years ago due to skiing fall pain became severe and found this place in Google. Dr. Peterson is very nice and friendly and his treatment has really helped me.
