“The tech and supervisor were excellent i was just not happy with the results. I explained that the lashes were too long and all one length and its not what i expected with the sexy look. I asked if they could be cut down and the supervisor was really wonderful and offered to redo them but it came out looking the same with the same super long length just fuller. I wasnt going to ask for them to be redone again I was exhausted at this point. The only reason im giving a 4 star is because when i called a few days later to asked what it would cost to have them removed because they look a complete mess the price was way to high when u take into account that they never came out the way i expected in the first place. I think lashes are just not for me. I appreciate the supervisor n the tech trying to make it right by redoing them but now im stuck with lashes that look a mess and trying to take them out by my self is resulting in me messing up my natural lashes.“

They were all incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. We felt so well taken care of and were absolutely thrilled with how our hair and makeup turned out.
