I have been to this spa/studio three times for three different services with three different women. Every. Single. One is amazing. They do a great job and more then that, they are super personable. I am actually not a spa girlie in general and always feel weird asking questions but here I feel completely at ease. Yes, there is normally one person in a studio that makes me feel that way but the fact that all three of them did is actually super rare. HIGHLY recommend.
Lauren is the only person I trust with my hair. She does exactly what I ask for and it’s perfect every time! Loved the atmosphere at Ruby Gloom salon! Everyone there was so nice and welcoming.
Lauren is awesome! The magic bang cutting fairy visited my daughter and Lauren blended that into some actual bangs to save the day yesterday! Today I went in for a cut and color and she did a fabulous job. I’ve already booked my next appointment and my daughters informed me she needs some fun color coming up (by a professional not the self coloring fairy) so she’ll be back too to ward off the fairies 😂💓
