The inspector was very thorough and knowledgeable and to gave pretty reasonable advice when asked about how to handle certain thing as a first time home buyer. He was helpful in giving his opinions as to what issues were potentially serious hazards and what things would require assessment from more specialized professional. Even after inspection was completed he was willing to take my call to answer questions about the findings in the final report.

I highly recommend Lou for home inspection. We were nervous about the process, but Lou was extremely thorough which helped us feel confident that any possible issue would be found and noted on the inspection report. He explained key info during the inspection and it seemed he genuinely cared about the state of our home. He answered all of our questions and the process was not rushed at all.
