Both the woman in the front and the seamstress are obnoxious. They do not care about their customers. On numerous occasions I have witness customers coming in and nicely explaining to them the tailoring job was done incorrectly they deny it and just say they don't have time to argue they will redo it yet the customer has to pay again! Just rude. Please do yourself a favor go somewhere else

New owners are rude and have horrendous customer service. Been a customer for years but they just dont care. Beware of using their pickup service. They just dump your freshly dry cleaned clothing on your porch. Also, if their tailor messes up, they will charge you original price again. Overall just rude. Every time I am there they are fighting with a customer over something. Save your time and money.Services: Clothing alterations & repairs

Terrible customer service, lost my clothes every time I’ve used them and there’s no one or manager to talk to about it.They tell people the items will be ready at a certain time or day and each time they go, it’s not ready and it can happen 4 or 5 times.It’s better to drive a few more minutes for a better less stressful experience.
