Wonderful environment! A bit dated though.Great place to work out.I love the pool area. Almost a daily routine for me.They have a pool, jacuzzi, and large sauna.Showers are powerful ?Overall, a wonderful place to be.

I came for a weeks visit from Israel. There is a good amount of space to do your own exercises and almost all of the equipment was in excellent working order.The owner was very friendly and nice. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit!

Absolutely and entirely love this gym. Amazing selection of classes from palates, kick boxing, dance, piyo, boot camp, tabata, aquafit class, etc. all given by skilled, professional and friendly instructors. Special thanks to Julia, Esther, Elana and Gina. You ladies are just awesome.Thank you Susan for keeping the gym SPOTLESS.Thank you Kelly for all you do.
