We were very happy with Senior Planning Services. Very efficient and professional. Made the stressful Medicaid process smooth all the way through to its conclusion. Our case manager, Sara, was wonderful and on top of the case at all times. Highly recommend.
Rachel was very wonderful to work with. She was patient, thorough, informative and helpful. I felt like she cared and stayed on top of things. She had our back every step of the way in what would have been an overwhelming process for me. She and SPS were a very important investment on this journey with my mother.
Everyone was courteous and professional. I would suggest better communication amongst the team when dealing with the client. I was confused when a representative would contact me regarding something that was already completed with another staff member.
