I have dealt with many companies in my lifetime,this is first company that treats you like a customer,I mean everybody is great ,if there were more stars to give I would thanks Reed AC and Heating
We were very pleased with Jonathan
He was a perfect gentleman. Did everything he needed to do before leaving. Unfortunately the AC was not making the same noise as yesterday.
But as always we have no complaints when it comes to Reeds service
Came home from 2 week vacation found out HVAC systems not working properly
Called this Am
We had an excellent technician Jonathan there is less than 2 hrs
He was so thorough professional and knowledgeable.
Could not ask for better service!!!
