What a great tailor service this cleaners has. They probably did an amazing job, but when I came to pick up my brand new Beketcha that they tailored, they just started singing in Chinese 🎶“You don’t need your Bekitcha, but please still give us your money”🎶

I wish I can just have my Beketsha.

Permanently damaged a fairly new suite !!
Cleaners Would NOT take responsibility!!
I won’t even mention the outrageous prices, simply a rip off. Compare &Go elsewhere - U WILL SAVE BIG TIME

I brought in three brand-new stretch shirts with very specific instructions to have them cleaned with a hand iron — not on the machine — because machine pressing ruins this type of fabric. They completely ignored my request, used the wrong method, and as a result, the shirts were damaged.
When I pointed this out, instead of taking responsibility, the owner began yelling at me, refused to listen, and hung up on me.
If you care about your clothing, I highly recommend avoiding this place.
