Very knowledgeable service and support. I was informed by another service of a suspected issue that would've cost me $1000s of dollars in repairs. Rich took the time to review my pool's symptoms in detail then offered a few troubleshooting steps. In short, installing a new o-ring in my auto-chlorinator solved the problem. Best $20 I've ever spent. Thank you Rich!

As a first time pool owner, I didn't know what to expect from a pool store. I walked in with a water sample and made it clear that I intend to maintain my pool myself. The service I got was excellent! The rep explained exactly what was wrong with my pool and how to go about fixing it. Since then I've gone in again and received more advice. I still haven't purchased anything! Obviously this will be the place I purchase my supplies when needed.

We have been using checkers Pool service for well over 30 years. I could honestly tell you I have not had one problem or moment of aggravation with this team. They treat my pool and service equipment as if it were their own and are always willing to discuss an issue before it arises. If we were having company they would be there within an hour if the pool needed to be cleaned cleaned. Exemplary service, good administration and the nicest group of men you can meet. If there was another star- I’d give it.
