When delivering turn towards Mary Lane pivot trailer to the corner of Mary Lane and 7th. Make sure trailer is closer to the left gate so you have enough room on your right to turn the truck so trailer cane pivot towards the left towards the dock on the left of the yard.

WARNNG READ REVIEWS BEFORE USING THS COMPANY I called Beaton Bros looking to get someone to look at the floor they installed a couple of years ago. The following is what happened- 3/1/25 Spoke to the woman who answered the phone. Requested an appointment for someone to look at the minor issues. She said Dave would call me back sometime next week. 3/10/25 I called back and told her Dave never called. She said she would talk to him now and Dave would get right back to me. He didn't. 3/17/25 Got a call from Dave and scheduled an appointment for Friday. 3/21/25 (Friday) Stayed home from work waiting for Dave. I called Dave at around 4 pm and asked if he was still coming today. He said that he had stated he would call me on Friday that e never said he would be there. Set up an Appointment for Tues 9am. 3/25/25 (Tues.) Left work to meet with Dave at 9am. I called Dave at 9:30 and he said he would be there in about 1hr to 1 1/2 hrs. and he would call when he was about 20 minutes away. He called at around 12;30 pm and said he wasn't going to make it. We rescheduled an appointment for Thurs 3/27/25 at 9 to 9:30. He said he was 100% sure he would be there as he had a job in the area. 3/27/25 (Thurs) Left work to be there for 9 to 9:30. Waited until 11:am then went back to work. He never showed up and I haven't heard from him. My biggest regret is that I didn't check the reviews for Beaton Bros before my contractor hired them for the job. I have enclosed photos of some of the issues I have with my floors.

I got my floors redone and placed new wood in certain rooms less than 2 years ago and I'm and extremely displeased. These floors have dented from absolutely anything dropping on them. The seal that was put on must have worn off because a majority of the planks have bowed and separated. I spent almost 10k on redoing the floors and putting new ones in and I'm extremely dissatisfied. I was aware there would be normal wear and tear, I take care of the floors with cleaning on a daily/weekly basis but ifs only been two years and I am ready to rip them out. Not to mention during the installation the worker started cutting wood in my house after he was told not to and there was wood shavings all throughout my house because he was too lazy to cut the wood outside. He also never finished the job on time and I had to call and remind him and then he showed up to the house unexpectedly. Additionally, I was waiting to make the last payment but I never received a final invoice and some extremely rude woman called me and said "you never paid us" so I explained to her I was waiting for the finally invoice for the exact total and she basically told me to do the math myself but I refused until she sent me a final invoice. I'm not unreasonable and I take great care of the floors but these have held up HORRIBLY to say the least. To paint a clearer picture for you I dropped a fork on the floor and it dented the and chipped the wood, my dishwasher flooded but I caught the flood within minutes and all the planks still bowed... My family has used Beaton brothers for different renovations throughout the years and we are extremely displeased with the customer service and service itself. When I redo my floors I will NOT be using Beaton Brothers nor recommending them ever again.

I had a very bad experience when dealing with this company. My husband called for a quote for flooring, but we never heard back after taking all our information. I called 2 days later and no one knew what I was talking about. Someone did come to the property the following day, but never followed up with a quote. I called to ask about the quote and the person was extremely rude and said that he could not give me a rough estimate on the work and then was no longer going to give me a quote. Don’t waste your time with these people.
