I went in so upset because of a bad haircut I got and she recommended exactly what would work with my hair type. She talked to me throughout the cut making sure I was ok with what she was doing. She gave me a delicious cup of iced coffee and I found talking with her was like chatting with an old friend! She made me feel so at ease and did a phenomenal job on fixing my cut. Also, I found her because I had put a post in a neighborhood Facebook group and the owner, Regina, personally responded and asked me what happened and what I was looking for and matched me with Amanda.
