Jcpl couldn't restore power till it was fixed called TJ electric Adrian came out the same day to look at it, then next day installed the box and wire to toop side of my house so JCPL could hook up to it. Adrian flagged down a rep so he could inspect it, they hooked up within an hour. The service was above and beyond anything I expected. This could have dragged on for weeks, instead it was do. In both cases he responded very quickly to reattach our power hookup so JCPL could get our power back. Today he helped us regain power from dead outlets due to a gfi not reset. He cares about his customer.
