I called Paxos after a massive storm came through and our neighborhood had been without power for 3 days. The electric company was going to have to cut the wire connected to our house because the storm caused it to fall to the ground. While power would have been restored to the neighborhood, it wouldn’t have been to our house. I spoke with Nicole who was incredibly friendly and helpful, she kept me informed as she worked with John to see if they could help us in the same day. Love these guys! Mike and his whole crew have been fantastic at both our old building and setting up the electrical in our new building. Very respectful employees that are also personable, a trait that has been lost in recent years! All of the work was completed efficiently and the pricing was up front and as expected! I really can't say enough good things about Mike and the Paxos crew, I would highly recommend them to anyone and have!
This company is incredible! They are always professional, knowledgeable and reliable but today Ernest showed up and took their reputation to an entirely different level! I was stressed out and felt like giving up! Our brand new electrical panel got drenched and was not working. It is almost pool season and our electrical inspection is scheduled for today! I looked at Ernest and he said give me some time let me see what I can do but do not stress. Ernest made calls, he left for a short time and when he came back he had Angel give him a few tools.
