“A few years ago, we had a leak in our kitchen after a heavy rain. A friend recommended Blue Nail. We contacted them, one of the reps came out, checked the roof, going into the attic plus sending up drones taking pictures. What impressed us at that time was his response to the leak - rather than telling us we needed a new roof immediately, he stated "we had a few good years left on this roof and it was probably just the storm since it blew sideways." So here we are in Jan 2024, another rain and windstorm but this time we lost many shingles on our 25-year-old roof. So now the "few good years" are gone, and Blue Nail came immediately to mind. We were able to make an appt within a few days, and got started on the project of roof and gutter replacements almost immediately, roof replaced in one day, gutters replaced two days later. No muss, no fuss. All individuals we dealt with were a pleasure. We're so glad our friend recommended Blue Nail so highly.“

“I first met Dave while I was walking my dog and was very impressed with his gutter making machine and I inquired I instantly noticed how clean their crew worked and when I asked a question, Dave seemed extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious that he took pride in his work. I reached out to them several weeks later for an estimate. The price seemed extremely fair within a week they were installing at my own home, addressing my concerns for a larger gutter and down pipes to combat the heavy rains. We’ve been having in addition installing gutter toppers that look hands-down better than the ones that were previously installed. Roofing has been the best I have ever had, to date, with a member of the trades. As a woman with a background in building science, far too many of my experiences with tradespeople that are men have been assuming my ignorance, being condescended to, being cut off and spoken over, and, sadly, receiving estimates from those that I have learned should not be in construction at all due to their lack of knowledge and often combined with an ingrained work culture to just get it done fast, instead of get it done right.Cafo is different. He was on time to the estimate, he was highly respectful, he was friendly, he was knowledgeable, he listened to me and even apologized for accidently cutting me off at one point, and it is highly apparent that he truly loves what he does.While he had an employee accompany him, HE climbed my roof himself to inspect and came back to me with an honest assessment and quote on the spot. Since I had already received quotes from other roofers and experienced their - less than desirable - service, I knew I had found who I was looking for to care for my hundred year old gorgeous slate roof that I was blessed to finally find in my new home. He got the job.They were on time to the job, they did excellent work, they cleaned up, he even came down to tell me he noticed there was a minor issue with the flashing on our chimney that he had not noticed and so he replaced it all with brand new flashing FOR FREE. I am confident that anyone learning under him is getting the knowledge needed to do quality work in a country where that is few and far between these days. One day he will need to retire, much earned and deserved, and I will hire anyone he decides is the person to take his place.Services: Roof inspection“

“We used Feher for our new roof, siding and gutters. Jim was our main contact, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We had a comprehensive estimate drawn up and the work was completed as quickly as possible. The roof was removed and the new one installed in one day, with the old material placed in the dumpster. Siding was next, with a foreman always on site, and Jim just a phone call away. We added some items along the way, and it was never a problem to adjust the plan. The gutters and leaf guards were done in less than a day. We are very pleased with our updated exteriors. We would not hesitate to use Feher again, and would recommend the company to others.“
“Not sure why we went with anyone else, but long story short after a terrible run with another company who left our roof unresolved with a leak and ghosted us for a year, we can now thank Bay Roofing for helping to resolve the issue and now live happily with a LEAK FREE roof and a skylight that now sees the light of day instead of a blue tarp (which was the solution for over a year). The other company? Northkit Roofing. It was a long and stressful road to this point but let's just say champagne is on ice and will be enjoyed at some point this week.
