Deanna has been cutting and coloring hair for almost a year and it has never looked better. Miguel colored and styled hair, making it look great. The best experience ever. Color had always stung, been uncomfortable and has actually burned the scalp, not this time. Tyler did a phenomenal job on the extensive extensions. Everyone there were terrific.

Update- The managers reached out to me and apologized for the inconvenience. They made it right and then some. 🤍
Wait times are ridiculous even with appointments unless you’re the first appointment of the day. I cancelled my membership & had Credits on my account. I called to make an appt & was told all of my credits “expired” after 90 days..I had over 200$ in credits. When I canceled my membership I was told they will stay on my account & was not given a time line. I called to request them be unexpired so I could make an appointment & was told I’d get a call if it was “approved” never heard back so I lost all that money 👍🏼
From the second I got in I was greeted and I recently broke my thumb I was a mess mas came to the rescue and gave me the best shampoo massage I ever had and chairs the manager is the kindest sweetest soul came swooping in did my make up slowly gam and I couldn't be anymore greatful
