Wait times are ridiculous even with appointments unless you’re the first appointment of the day. I cancelled my membership & had Credits on my account. I called to make an appt & was told all of my credits “expired” after 90 days..I had over 200$ in credits. When I canceled my membership I was told they will stay on my account & was not given a time line. I called to request them be unexpired so I could make an appointment & was told I’d get a call if it was “approved” never heard back so I lost all that money 👍🏼”

Right away, she put me at ease, her voice and demeanor are soothing and she’s very patient. What I loved about our 1:1, she worked with what I already have/owned. She gave me a wonderful routine to follow for my skin. She taught me how to use the gua sha stone as well - WOW! She turned everything around right away and I was able to start it up immediately. She gave me detailed instructions, and reasonings as to why we were doing things in the order we were.
