“My cat Barbie visited here for the first time on 2/11. I did warn them that she's not the best patient. She went in with out any anti-anxiety meds(old vet weren't give her a single dose). Dr.Patel asked what do you want us to do today? Do what you can....let me tell you him and the two techs were extraordinary. He asked if I wanted to be in the room(it could be extremely stressful for me and her) I stayed. What they got accomplished I couldn't believe. “My furchild is very discerning when it comes to people. He hadn't had the best experience with a vet, and I am so thankful to have found West Orange Animal Hospital. He fell in love, at first sight, with the vet techs and Dr. Dick! He was comfortable lying on the floor with his head on the vet tech's lap. “They do a great job taking care of my girl. My only issue is occasional conflicting information. Example. She was just in for her annual exam. I was told a stool sample wasn't necessary, yet the vet asked for one during the visit.“
