“The Introcaso Cleaners does a good job at getting your clothes clean for you at very reasonable prices. They also do tailoring, but I have not yet used this service. If you pay cash, it is cheaper than paying by credit card. This store is accessible to the disabled, and there is free parking to drop off and pickup your clothes. Their customer service is very nice, and they have always been pleasant to me. Would recommend this store to anyone in the area.”
“I machine washed a winter parka I shouldn’t have and ripped one of the inside fabric panels.<br>I had visited the shop before and noticed all of the precision sewing machines behind the front counter, so I decided to give them a try.<br>The woman, I wish I could remember her name, examined the damaged seam and stated that it would require a hidden stitch, how much was the repair (reasonable), come back in a couple of days to pick it up.<br>Boy was I amazed by the handiwork.<br>I couldn’t tell that it had been damaged beforehand.<br>I worked in the area and had spoken with a few of their customers, everyone said they do great work with the dry cleaning but most often the women say they love the tailoring.”

“I came in town for my daughter’s wedding and I had services done to both my daughter’s dress and myself with someone else and they ruin our dresses. My daughter’s wedding day was almost ruined but they not only fixed the dresses completely but they made it to where it didn’t ruin such a special day. It was so last minute and almost impossible but they made it they business to get in done at time that was requested. I cried with so many emotions . It was so special it meant so much to me. It was very affordable. I love this company and I will never forget how much they cared to make sure that our day wasn’t ruined.”

His work is flawless, he is so pleasant to be around, and he always gets the job done on time even with very little notice. He also does the best reattached hems I have ever seen as well as very complicated gown alternations. Don’t go to anyone else!!!!”

I came in with a very unusual request — I needed help taking body measurements for a traditional dress being made abroad for my wedding. I live alone and didn’t have anyone available to help, so I called to see if they offered this kind of service. Without hesitation, they told me to come in.<br><br>When I arrived, they welcomed me warmly and made me feel so comfortable. She kindly helped me video call my tailor overseas and followed his instructions step by step, taking the exact measurements he needed and reading them out for him. She was patient and sweet.<br><br>At the end, when I went to pay, she refused to take any money — she did it as a pure act of kindness. I insisted, but she wouldn’t let me. I was so touched. This dress is for my traditional wedding back home in Africa, so her kindness means more to me than words can say.<br><br>You can tell they really care about their customers and their community. While I was there, I noticed they greeted regulars by name and even joked around with me and made banter. I received a text notification when it was ready to be picked up and the girl at the front desk was so sweet.
