As a fan of fine line black and grey tattoos, I was not so sure that I would be able to find an artist who aligned with my aesthetic without venturing into NYC. “I can’t recommend Tsuki (Jeffrey) enough! He did my Gojo tattoo, and it came out absolutely perfect. From start to finish, he was incredibly respectful, professional, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.
