Working with Joanna from start to finish was exceptional. When I first connected with her, I was on a fertility journey, and she took the time to go through all of my medications and explain what I would need to stop before having my brows done. She nailed the color and the shape, set clear instructions and sent me home with a cute goodie bag full of the aftercare products and an adorable instruction sheet to follow.
