We lived in a Veris building on the Hudson River and were blown away by the management team. You hear a lot of promises from management companies, but Veris delivers. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the cleaning staff kept the place spotless, even cleaning the grill, and resident disturbances were handled promptly. While we choose to leave this apartment, we would gladly return, and recommend Veris properties to anyone.

I stayed at 425 Washington boulevard. Yesterday was my last day and I feel so sad leaving here. The building felt like home and it was thanks to the lovely team here. Specially want to thank Hector, Mariano and Jose who felt like family and have been so amazing in sharing their love . Their work ethic is also phenomenal and on pointThank you Veris team!
