Can't speak highly enough about my experience with New Edge! The doctor was incredibly patient, thorough, well-informed (even about rare/complex conditions), and empathetic. The staff really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and accommodate what I needed. The office is so nice to be in (feels more like a spa setting than a doctor's office/physical therapy facility). Definitely recommend! Thanks, NEO!

I had a really great experience at New Edge Orthopedics. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, professional, and attentive. The medical assistant was especially helpfulβ€”he made me feel comfortable, answered my questions, and checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the visit.

The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explained what was going on with my knee. I didn’t feel rushed, and I appreciated how clear and reassuring everything was. After the evaluation and treatment, I noticed immediate improvementβ€”I was able to walk better, with less pain and stiffness, which was a huge relief.

Overall, I felt well taken care of and confident in the care I received. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for attentive and effective orthopedic care.

Went to this doctor's office after I found them on Zoc Doc with great reviews about a year ago. Doctor is very friendly and was great with helping me figure out what was wrong. What was frustrating at my appointments with the doctor is that I would walk in at 9:30 or 10 AM and there would be NO other patients (open concept office) and I would be waiting to see the doctor for almost 1-2 hours (2 hours one time. genuinely insane). If you the doctor cannot see me within 15-30 minutes then give me a different appointment. Playing with people's time like that is just frustrating and disrespectful.
Front desk people are REALLY SLOW and called me about a month into treatment to tell me that they made a mistake and my insurance is not accepted. Interesting that they did not realize this on my first appt itself like they do at every other doctor's office I go to? Multiple times the front desk people set up appointments for me for PT and I'd show up and they'd be wrong with the times or the dates. Every time I called to ask a question, front desk people did not know what they were talking about. Because my insurance was not covered, I had to go to another PT and my referral ran out since I was out of town. I emailed multiple times and even called and the front desk guy never sent me a proper referral (he kept sending the same referral with the expired dates). I ended up not being able to continue at my new PT because after contacting 4+ times, it gets to a point that the person is just slow and you can't do anything about it (when emails, calling, does not work, what the hell else am i supposed to do?). Learned shoulder rehab on my own since then. I would recommend the doc because he is very knowledgeable but would never come back here because of the overall service. Waste of my time and overall very difficult experience.

And reading through these reviews, seems like the doctor forces everyone to get an MRI and an X-RAY. From my experience he even STRONGLY pushed me to schedule PT appointments at his own office. I did because why not. The PT was great but he had no basic tools to help me? I ended up going to JAG therapy in downtown jersey city and they were much better since they actually had tools you need for PT. This guy was improvising with tools because he had nothing. I don't care if they were just opening their physical therapy office. If you are not ready for patients fully then don't be greedy to get more money, actually care for your patients and send them elsewhere until you are ready...

Excellent doctor and staff. This doc really takes his time with each patient and makes sure to understand what is going on and he explains everything thoroughly until you feel comfortable. This doc is also a very skilled surgeon. This is not the typical office that rushes through patients or their care. All of the staff at the office are genuinely kind and caring. The office is new and clean. They also offer physical therapy services in the same office and the doctor oversees your treatment plan. Couldn’t recommend this doc or office more.
